torino, piemonte.

coming from milano, torino always feels very much refreshing. visited the city twice, going around the city center (and the stadium which is almost in the outskirt), it's always a pleasant walk although i have to say that it's not like what i've always imagined. known as industrial city, i didn't really expect such beauty of architecture, neo-classical, renaissance, art deco, etc. the scale of the buildings in the city center somehow reminds me of those in genova. the city is layouted in grid, makes it easy to navigate. and the neon signage system on the buildings definitely gets me. on both visits i didn't have much time exploring the city, but i'm sure it offers much more than what i've already got.
