other life in other place

Recently I watched a Norwegian movie, Russian movie, British movie, rewatched movies that are set in Austria and France, and of course Italian movie. Still got another Italian to go, and a French. And thanks to a friend I read a book which tells some history of Czech, and one about Ukraine. Not to mentioned that 7 months ago i worked in a German company, and now 5 days a week I have to deal with Danish.

My Italian teacher said that she doesn't like watching Italian and European movies because she doesn't want to watch things that are so similar to what she experiences in her daily life, but things that are new and imaginative instead. And so with the same reason, lately I "entertain" myself with a lot of European stuff..

ps. The book A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian, one of the best and most entertaining book I've ever read. It's quirky and has a lot of history to tell. I'm so drown to the scenes in the book, I would be so pissed if there's ever a movie based on it, cause it would ruin everything. First book ever that makes me wanna be a writer. Everyone has their own history to tell.
