Posting just some of the many awesome indie local bands which should be highly appreciated. Stream their myspace, check out their sound, go buy the albums.

1. AirportRadio. I swear this is the best band name I've ever heard in my entire life. I even wanted to change my blog title into Airport-something. Seriously. Anyway, experimental ambient sound, cool stuff.
2. Hollywood Nobody. I'm not gonna lie, the first thing that attracted me is the album cover. But they really sound good. Bossa-like.
3. Zeke and the Popo. No word necessary. Haha. Not exactly a new one, and have been a fan since ages. But I tell ya, space in the headlines is a must.
4. Bangku Taman. Just watched these guys live last week and thought they should be on the list.
Another that you should also check out:
1. Notturno. A jazzy one. A little too heavy to digest for me but there are tracks which sound so oldies that I really enjoy on their first album.
2. endahNrhesa. Not really new to the ears but definitely enjoyable.
3. Frau. A talented girl with her piano who sings about a couple making love in the outer space.
4. Arikacoustic. Only put them on the list because he drives me everyday to the office. Hahaha, just kidding. My office mate he is, do check them out.
5. Yesplease. An interesting upcoming local band. Soon, yes? :D
