Six days after this one, here comes another mind distractor. And this time it ain't jazz. Ha! They sent me the poster invitation just the day before, which I didn't think is interesting, which didn't make me really want to go. But we made it anyway and arrived an hour and a half late. Haha. But for me it was worthed. The band, In A Cabin With, is an international project that invites musicians for recording a cd in a unique location somewhere in the world, in this case Indonesia. Their live performance were good, experimental but interesting. They're playing interactively with the audience and at the last song they even invited the audience to stand. Which for me is a huge difference with, let's say, a jazz performace, where the musicians interact with each other but rarely connect directly with the audience. So yeah, it was enjoyable and well digested.
